1. Service Description

Fearless Driving Dubai provides premium 1:1 driving confidence coaching for licensed expat drivers in Dubai. We are not a driving school and do not prepare clients for driving license examinations.

2. Client Requirements

All clients must hold a valid driving license and have access to their own insured vehicle. Coaching takes place in the client's vehicle on real Dubai roads.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked via WhatsApp or email. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Packages must be used within a reasonable timeframe as agreed upon booking.

4. Cancellations

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe coaching sessions, clients remain responsible for the safe operation of their vehicle at all times. SteveB2B FZ-LLC and Fearless Driving Dubai assume no liability for traffic violations, accidents, or damages occurring during or as a result of coaching sessions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
